Enjoy a personal tour of the Exmoor Pony Centre and hear about their heritage and what makes the breed so unique and resilient. Find out about the important conservation work they're involved with across the UK.

 

Meet the ponies as individuals during an immersive groom inside the all-weather sand arena where Louise will explain a little of how they interact and communicate, and how they can benefit our wellbeing and healing journey. 

 

Choose then between

• a gentle pony leading session around the grounds of the Centre, where all instructions are provided or

• a guided mindfulness session within the sand arena or within our special outdoor wellbeing paddock, if weather permits

We will close our time with a hot drink and biscuit enjoyed while watching the ponies.
